BLUEPRINT FOR SUCCESS INITIATIVE

 

 

Stars United Global Outreach offers the following signature programs under our Blueprint for Success Platform:

​

1.  Leadership 

  • Leadership (The Architect’s Agency): We define leadership as the ability to govern oneself before leading others. This pillar focuses on developing Executive Presence, public speaking, and strategic decision-making. Participants move from identifying personal values to earning a professional Leadership Certification, equipping them to command any room and influence their community.

2.  Financial Literacy 

  • Financial Literacy (The Economic Blueprint): Financial literacy is the mechanical tool used to disrupt generational poverty. This pillar transitions students from basic banking to sophisticated Wealth Engineering. By mastering credit architecture, investment strategies, and entrepreneurial finance, our participants don't just find jobs—they build assets, secure homeownership, and establish a foundation for long-term economic independence.

3.  Entrepreneurship Program (This program will phase out in 2027)

  • The Blueprint for Success Entrepreneurship Program (BFSEP) overall mission is to prepare students not to only become job seekers, but rather job creators that will make an impact on the economic success of this country in the 21st century. 

4. Life Skills 

  • Life Skills (The Structural Foundation): Life skills are the internal mechanics of career longevity. Our curriculum covers Critical Thinking, Emotional Intelligence (EQ), and Professional Etiquette. We focus on building "Career Resilience," ensuring that our youth have the mental agility and social capital to navigate complex corporate environments, manage high-stakes relationships, and advocate for their own professional worth.

 

​Education is fundamental to overcoming and breaking the cycle of high drop out rates, leading to generational poverty.  Our programs provide a path to increased confidence, self reliance, and enhanced critical thinking skills.

Participants must meet the following criteria:

​

  • Be 10-24 years of age

  • Attend an underserved school (for example struggling schools)​

  • Live in an underprivileged neighborhood (for example those with food deserts)
