Today we are honored to create a positive atmosphere that will lead our youth in the best direction, to make sound educational plans, and career goals by providing life skills, leadership skills, provide strong mentors, and positive role models.

Mrs. Star Williams
DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
William Williams was born and raised right here in the great city of Dallas. He has a passion for real estate and financial literacy with extensive knowledge in investment portfolios. His experience in accounting and education has continued to be the root cause of our organization soaring to new heights. William currently holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Technical Management with a Minor in Accounting. He is devoted to investing in our children by way of sharing his knowledge and expertise to Stars United Global Outreach.
Andrea Breedlove was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. She has always had a passion for serving others and is dedicated to giving back to her community. Her passion is further seen through her work with the National Kidney Foundation where the focus is on helping find a cure for Kidney disease. Andrea was diagnosed with kidney disease at a very young age. She continues to be a strong advocate through the National Kidney Foundation annual walk and educating her community through her social media network and blog about the facts of kidney disease. In addition to receiving a kidney, she also spreads awareness about the importance of being an organ donor through her organization called Nickey Needs A Kidney.
Destiny Gibson was born and raised in the outstanding city of Dallas! She is a Licensed Financial Professional and operates under her brand Financially Free with Destiny G. She has a fiery passion for helping families realize financial freedom. Financially Free with Destiny G assess the financial needs of individuals and helps them with decisions on investments and insurance. She helps clients plan for short- and long-term goals, such as meeting education expenses and saving for retirement through investments. She accredits all of her success to God and is devoted to her Kingdom work, teaching children's Sunday School at her church. She has 4 young and amazing children that keep her busy and full of love.
Ari began her career in Social Work and Criminal Justice, but quickly became acquainted with Real Estate and Construction, after taking a part-time position with a Dallas investor. After transitioning to work in Real Estate Development, she noticed the lack of economic advancement in underserved communities. While pursuing a Master's in Public Leadership, she studied Capacity Building and Sustainability in low-income areas of Southern Dallas. Her advocacy and work in providing affordable housing and bringing new retail space to deserted neighborhoods are what led her to open Accion Community Development. Today she manages multiple residential developments, from land acquisitions, lot subdivision and the sale of all units.
She is an alumnus of Dallas Can Academy-Oak Cliff, Cedar Valley Community College, and UNT Dallas.
She is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of TX. Through her advocacy work and partnerships, she hopes to create more access to housing for families of all income levels. She enjoys boxing, running 5k's and traveling to other countries. Ari competed in Amateur boxing tournaments and was a boxing coach for 3 years.
Felecia Caruthers is retired and has twenty years of experience as a Career & Technical Education (CTE) Coordinator. As a prior CTE Coordinator she successfully networked and developed community partnerships with business owners, students, teachers, and other local government agencies to advocate for internships, and jobs for students. Additionally, she has conducted numerous needs analysis for pre-training to determine development gaps and worked with managers to close those gaps to improve student work ethics and transferable skills.
OUTREACH & PARTNERSHIPS DIRECTOR
Ashley Barnett was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. Her natural penchant for helping others came at a young age. At the age of 21, she began her teaching and community activism, as the Assistant Coach of the O.W. Holmes middle school Drill Team. As a coach, she taught and inspired girls of the community to be a better representative of their environment through dance, presentation, and perseverance. She developed a strong sense of devotion for the nonprofit sector as she mentored through the dance development program. This experience gave her a deep appreciation for how nonprofits seek to improve the quality of life. In 2015, her community involvement continued as she became a volunteer for the Dallas Life Foundation. She is currently an active member of the Dallas Life Foundation where she feeds the homeless and sorts donation materials on a monthly basis. She most recently volunteers for the Children’s Advocacy Center of Denton County and the Christian Community Action Food Pantry of Lewisville, Texas.
Hanson is a first generation Vietnamese American living in Dallas, TX. He is currently the Senior Manager of IT at an HR software company, and has also been a volunteer for the Dallas Area Rape Crisis Center for 4 years. Once saddled with $55,000 in student loans, Hanson managed to eliminate this debt in 3 years. He is now focused on delivering education on financial inclusion and literacy, career advancement, and leadership by lifting up underprivileged communities who have traditionally been excluded from access to this knowledge. His other areas of advocacy include racial justice and women's issues. He has a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Constitutional Studies from the University of Oklahoma.
Te'Lia Hurt is originally from Flint, MI. She graduated in 2016 from Hebron High School in Carrollton, TX. After graduating high school she attended Tyler Junior College and later transferred to East Field College, majoring in Social Work. In her spare time she enjoys working with her cricut machine creating arts and crafts. She later plans to transfer to UTA to pursue her bachelors degree.
Brandaisha Gipson is originally from Tyler, Texas. She graduated from Desoto High School in 2017 in Desoto, TX. After graduating high school, she enrolled in East Field Community College majoring in Social Work. In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities and cooking. She later plans to transfer to the University of North Texas at Dallas to pursue her bachelor's degree.
